You’re young, you’re active, you have your whole life ahead of you, why think about

The hormonal changes that lead up to menopause can begin in your 30’s.

Choose proteins and fats that are healthy.
Limit processed foods, alcohol and refined sugar. These contribute to inflammation and many other detrimental effects.
